Claire is from the UK and now lives in Austria. She started writing in her mother tongue in 2020 and has stories published or upcoming at places including Reflex Fiction, Idle Ink, Funny Pearls, Fudoki Magazine, Blinkpot and Grindstone Literary. She won the Shooter Flash monthly competition at the start of 2022 and has been shortlisted and longlisted in various international competitions. Claire is working on her first novel for which she won Retreat West’s Pitch to Win earlier this year.
